PROTEAN II xi 电泳槽和PROTEAN II XL 宽式电泳 槽功能灵活，可用于多种分离，包括SDS-PAGE、第 一和第二向双向电泳、非变性、制备、梯度和高分辨 率核酸琼脂糖电泳。单向电泳（ 1-D） 可使用 PROTEAN II xi 电泳槽进行16 x 16 cm 和16 x 20 cm 凝胶电泳。双向电泳（2-D），使用PROTEAN II XL 电 泳槽电泳可容纳17和18 cm IPG 胶条的第二向凝 胶（约18.5 x 20 cm）。

使用带有凹口的玻板(notched plates)，可同时进行4 块16 x 16 cm 或16 x 20 cm 手灌胶电泳，可增加一次电泳的样品数（不推荐用于双向电泳）
可选择磨砂玻板（frosted glass）进行高分辨率的垂直琼脂糖核酸电泳；电泳 梳转换螺纹夹(comb conversion screws) 可把任何PROTEAN II xi 电泳梳从标 准的25 mm 孔深转变为10 mm 孔深,并方便的将电泳梳从易碎琼脂糖凝胶中 取出

PROTEAN II xi 电泳槽和PROTEAN II XL 宽式电泳 槽功能灵活，可用于多种分离，包括SDS-PAGE、第 一和第二向双向电泳、非变性、制备、梯度和高分辨 率核酸琼脂糖电泳。单向电泳（ 1-D） 可使用 PROTEAN II xi 电泳槽进行16 x 16 cm 和16 x 20 cm 凝胶电泳。双向电泳（2-D），使用PROTEAN II XL 电 泳槽电泳可容纳17和18 cm IPG 胶条的第二向凝 胶（约18.5 x 20 cm）。
灌胶架上专利的单螺纹夹*可在全长玻板上均 匀施加压力，防漏密封设计，无需封脂类或 琼脂糖
中央制冷芯可外接水循环或一个冷却再循环 水浴，或灌装冷却剂作为散热器使用。只需 要1.5 L 缓冲液就可以保证凝胶结果不会出现 “微笑”现象。
可选择两种长度的凝胶：16 或20 cm，根据 所选的凝胶长度选择相应的玻板、封边垫条和三 明治夹（所有其他组件均要与相应的凝胶长度匹配）
使用495 型梯度生成仪、PROTEAN II 多 板凝胶灌胶器和合适的对数活塞可灌制多种梯度胶；容量为7-50 ml 的475 型梯度生成系统与PROTEAN II 板式凝胶灌 胶架是灌制单一梯度凝胶的理想选择
使用带有凹口的玻板(notched plates)，可同时进行4 块16 x 16 cm 或16 x 20 cm 手灌胶电泳，可增加一次电泳的样品数（不推荐用于双向电泳）
可选择磨砂玻板（frosted glass）进行高分辨率的垂直琼脂糖核酸电泳；电泳 梳转换螺纹夹(comb conversion screws) 可把任何PROTEAN II xi 电泳梳从标 准的25 mm 孔深转变为10 mm 孔深,并方便的将电泳梳从易碎琼脂糖凝胶中 取出
