| 一、基本原理
1．接收机
测量参数：能测量地层剖面不同深度的电阻率PS，通过对不同深度的电阻率分析，可以寻找地下含水层（低电阻率），也能探测地下空洞等（高电阻率）。探测深度从几十米到几百米。
2．发送机
把电池或汽油发电机发出的电，变成超低频方波信号或双向电流长脉冲向地下供电，建立地下电场为接收机提供地面电场信号。
发送机的功率大小决定探测深度。
一千二百瓦可以探测50――100米，10千瓦可以探测300――500米。
3．主要技术特点
（1） 深浅层探测；
（2） 可对探测区域进行多方位、多点位探测；
（3） 可以计算机网络形式，对探测区域进行远程监控和远程数据传输；
（4） 可瞬间一次性完成多区域、多点位的探测。
二、主要应用领域
1．寻找地下水资源
